We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Important Points About Our Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. Product sizes and descriptions are provided on each product page.
  • Replacements will only be issued after inspection by our support team.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or replacement request.

Partial Prepaid with Cash on Delivery (COD)

The nominal fee charged on Partial Prepaid Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is non-refundable. In case of an RTO (Return to Origin), the prepaid amount can be used towards a future purchase on OM Crystals.

Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement

Our 1-day replacement policy is applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received (must be verified through an unboxing video).
  • Defective or damaged item received (must be verified through an unboxing video).

Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The product has been damaged or washed by the customer.
  • The product is not returned in its original packaging with all accessories and inserts.
  • The product is not in its original unused condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, your product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

6-Month Free Replacement Policy

Selected products are covered under a 6-month replacement policy for color fading issues. Customers can share product photographs with our support team to request a one-time replacement.

For approved replacement requests, a ₹100 Shipping & Handling Fee will apply. This amount must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available for this fee.

Customers may either keep the original product or return it to us at their own shipping expense. Products damaged due to misuse are not covered under this policy.

More Details

  • Replacement or return approval will be based on the product photographs and unboxing video submitted by the customer. The decision of the OM Crystals support team will be final.
  • A flat return fee may apply where applicable.
  • If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
  • Please verify the Cash on Delivery amount before making payment to the courier. OM Crystals is not responsible for excess payments made to delivery personnel.
  • Replacement requests submitted after the 1-day replacement period will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in exceptional situations, such as repeated delivery of incorrect or damaged products, or where replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact our support team with your Order Number and registered Email Address or Phone Number.
  2. Share clear product photographs and the mandatory unboxing video.
  3. Describe the issue with the product.
  4. If your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup where available.
  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement or approved refund will be processed.

If return pickup is unavailable in your location, you will be requested to courier the product to us. After inspection, the replacement will be processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for returns or replacements. Sale items, Gift Cards, and specially marked non-returnable products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different product is to complete the approved return process and then place a new order for the required item.
